Has a physical button that enables or disables the mic, although it don't think I'll be using it that often since it makes a loud noise when pressing it, which could be annoying for other listeners, but still it's nice to have.
I can leave it about 20 cm away from my face and speech is still perfectly understandable.
The only thing I wish it would include to make it completely perfect, is a 'windshield' or a 'cover' for the top of the mic, since it's quite sensible to air, so if you breath directly to it or even worse, blow into it, it's quite loud for the people listening to it. So I'd recommend making a DIY thin cloth cover for it.
